Excerpt from new blog.... PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BOOKMARKS
Sitting here, in my nice warm zebra print snuggie, I have finally taken the time to update my blog. New Years came and without telling anyone out of fear of failure, I secretly made a resolution that I was going to make over and keep up with my blog this year. So here I am, 11 days into the new year with a new look and hopefully a new desire to submit quite a few more posts than 2009 saw. For some reason, my original blog would not let me change the layout look so I had create a complete new one . I will eventually get around to archiving but until then I will just be proud of myself for taking the first step to reentering the blogging world. Maybe now some of the self imposed stress of getting it done can now vanish. ***Don't forget to add this new blog address in your bookmarks :o)***

I so wish I had enough time in my day to update! Maybe I will just have to make time soon! Finals week at Cameron is the first week of May so hopefully I will have time before summer school starts. Oh yeah! I'm graduating in December!!! WOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!
I will leave you with a pic of me living life in the "fast lane".
I'm the "dog" (driving the SUV) getting ready to chase the "rabbit" (dodge charger) during my week long law enforcement tactical driver training class. We had a BLAST!!

Renaissance Style
E's class had a field trip to Dallas this weekend. On Friday they went to 6 Flags and then Saturday they went to the Scarborough Fair, Renaissance Festival, in Waxahachie , Texas. I had to work on Friday but I decided to go to the Saturday event. I drove down to C's house on Friday afternoon. We spent the evening at a restaurant visiting with his friends. Good times! On Saturday we drove to Waxahachie and had a great time. I was so excited to get a chance to take pictures. With work and school being so demanding lately, I haven't had the time get my camera out and play in a long time.
Leather handbags and tissue holders.... kinda creepy yet sooo interesting!
We also saw some very interesting individuals!
My favorite picture from today has to be the Elephant and the Bald Eagle. (I don't know why, but they are)
We also saw a few things I could have done without and it will take a while to erase them from my memory (don't ask). Let's just leave it at some things are better left unseen.
All in all it was a very fun day! I learned alot about the Renaissance Era, including the fact that I am so very glad I didn't live during that time!
